We offer Worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Parcels sent by registered airmail usually arrive to destination countries within 10-15 days.

To arrange delivery via UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT or EMS (Express Mail), please email us what items you want to purchase, and we will calculate the shipping cost and provide you with detailed information.

When placing an order by registered airmail, an order processing fee of $3.90 plus $1.90 per shipment is charged.

• The 45-day warranty against any manufacturer defects or failures covers all products bought from UnaProf.com
• You will need to receive a "Return Authorization" (RMA) number within 45 days from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
• UnaProf LLC will not accept defective products without prior authorization and RMA number.
• Replacement of defective products will be made only after the defective product has been received.
• If replacement of the defective product cannot be provided, a full refund will be made for the defective product.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning any defective item; however, we can provide free items to help offset some of these shipping costs.
• Returned merchandise deemed defective under warranty will undergo testing and inspection.
• All guarantees expire if it is found that the returned product is damaged, scratched, modified in any way.
• The customer is responsible for making sure RMA returns are packaged correctly. If an item is returned in poor packaging, all warranties will be canceled.
